Account Deletion

We understand that circumstances may lead you to part ways with our platform, and we respect your decision. Deleting your account will delete all user data, such as purchase history, order tracking numbers, address, and any remaining account information.

To initiate the account deletion procedure, kindly follow the outlined steps below:

Automatic Process:

1. Ensure that you are already logged into your account.
   If you haven’t done so, please log in using the Log-in Menu or by directly clicking here.
2. The “Delete My Account” button will appear below once you have successfully logged in and wish to initiate the account deletion process.
3. A popup will appear. Input DELETE, then click the delete button. Once the process is completed, your account will be successfully deleted.

(Or) Manual Verification Process:

1. Write an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with the account you wish to delete. Use the following format for your email:

   Subject: Account Deletion Request – [username]

   Message:
   Username:
   Email Address:
   Phone Number:

2. Ensure that the sender’s email address matches the one linked to the account slated for deletion.
3. Patiently await our diligent administrative team’s response within a maximum of 48 hours. During this period, our admins will verify the authenticity of the deletion request.
4. Once verified, our website administrators will promptly and securely delete all data associated with your account from our system.
5. A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address, assuring you that your account and associated data have been successfully deleted from our platform.
