Shipping Methods

  1. Every goods are shipped with cardboard box and wrap with plastic, bubblewrap and our shipping box to ensure the secure of the goods. We always ship via TIKI courier service for domestic shipping.

    2. Estimated time of arrival: Please allow up to 1 – 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).

    3. We are always off duty on Sunday and national holidays. Please take note to our shipping schedule:
    o Weekdays ( Monday to Friday ) : 8 AM – 12 PM
    o Weekend ( Saturday ) : 8 AM – 10 AM

All orders are packed for delivery by the next business day once payment is received and confirmed successfully. Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. We will deliver your purchased item(s) soon after we have received full amount transfer. A non full-amount transfer or any unpaid invoice will not be processed.

Shipping Rate

  1. Shipping rate will be charged based on the total weight of your order. If the total weight
    exceeds 1 (one) kilogram, another kilogram will be added to the total shipping fee.
  2. Information regarding the weight of every product is stated on the product detail page.
  3. The shipment cost will be added to the total amount due when you check out.
  4. All Packages returned to us due to the customer’s error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  1. Please note that all goods that mailed out to the courier service is not Gee Luxury’s obligation anymore.
  2. We do not responsible in risk, damage, of loss of the merchandise.
  3. We do not take responsibility if the courier can’t deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address, no recipient at the address, or internal problems.
  4. Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).

Returns & Exchanges

We do not cater to customer who changed their minds. However if you want to process the return and exchange process, please do contact our customer service team. Item may be returned if they are unused by you, without damage, with tags intact and undamaged, in complete original brand packaging. This does not apply to sales items or items that are listed on our site as items that can not be returned.

Gee Luxury reserves the right to determine whether the condition of the product is acceptable for purposes of returns and exchanges.

Accepted return item(s) will be converted to in-store deposit with no expiry date.

For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note we can’t do a refund for the price different if you choose product with lower price from your initial purchase.
